As part of our WIRZ Competence Centre for Sustainability, we advise and inspire companies on all aspects of sustainability. It goes without saying that it is very important to us that we as a company also position ourselves as sustainably as possible. We are still far from perfect. But we are working on improving bit by bit.

Corporate Carbon Footprint
With climatepartner at our side, we optimise and offset our CO2 emissions.
We offer our customers the opportunity to reduce and offset the CO2 emissions of their campaigns.
We offer flexible working and part-time models to enable employees to combine family, leisure and work. In 2023, around 40% of all employees will be working part-time.
ÖV is king!
We promote ecological means of transport by partially financing employees' half-fare travelcards. Wherever possible, business trips are organised using public transport. We also provide company-owned bicycles for customer appointments.
Our Wirz Women development programme offers our female employees targeted development opportunities and a point of contact.
We are doubling the statutory paternity leave from 2 weeks to 4 weeks.
