Campaigning Creativity Retail & Consumer Goods
Migros grants customers the ability to scan items with their own mobile phones and pay directly. Wirz quickly gets to the heart of the matter in the communication with a bold visual reduction.
Scan items with your mobile phone, pay directly in the Migros app, pack up your shopping and walk past all the queues – shopping has never been faster than with subitoGo. The message is certainly much clearer than the images used to communicate it – supermarket products with a strong motion blur effect to convey the idea of speed – in poster, print and digital marketing campaigns.
Humorous, true-to-life storytelling in the typical Migros style also finds its place in the subitoGo campaign: primarily through two films for TV and online formats, produced by Stories and directed by Dominik Locher. The range of moving images is supplemented by an online film, which makes viewers watch a queue for a full 15 seconds, as unfortunately, unlike at Migros, the wait at YouTube and Co cannot be skipped.
Last but not least, Migros also provides in-depth information about the new service. In three entertaining explanatory films on the campaign hub, Migros employee Rosa explains the key aspects of subitoGo in depth. For anyone who wants to find out more, a point of contact is available around the clock thanks to the newly launched chatbot of the same name.
