That's why a mobile poster trailer will be parked in front of the big advertising agencies in Berlin in the next few days to draw the attention of talented people to the attractive job opportunities in Switzerland.
The shortage of skilled workers is also affecting the creative industry. The search for talented employees is difficult, confirms Executive Creative Director and WIRZ partner Caspar Heuss, responsible for the campaign: "We know the Zurich and Swiss creatives. Many good minds already work for us. But we need a young, unused look."
Against this background, WIRZ came up with the idea for this special recruiting campaign: the poster with the slogan "Nothing against Berlin. But you don't seriously want to grow old here, do you?", is touring the German capital for a week and will be parked in front of the biggest local advertising agencies for one day at a time. The headline is meant to make people think: Maybe a job in Zurich is at least as good as Berlin, at least for a while? Or maybe someone would like to stay in the city on Lake Zurich until they retire? On the associated landing page, interested parties can find out about both the amenities of the city of Zurich and the advantages of working for WIRZ. If all this convinces you, you can apply directly for a vacancy via the contact form on the website. And of course people from everywhere are invited to apply.
WIRZ is one of the most established communication agencies in Switzerland and looks after some of the country's most popular brands, such as the supermarket chain Migros, the WWF or the tourism agency "Switzerland Tourism". Among the best-known recent works are the films for "Switzerland Tourism" with tennis star Roger Federer as well as with actor Robert de Niro and actress Anne Hathaway, respectively, which together have garnered over 150 million clicks on YouTube. WIRZ employs more than 150 experts in consulting, strategy, branding, marketing and creation.

Autumn in Switzerland is beautiful – and everyone who lives in Switzerland knows it. So to make this golden season popular outside of Switzerland too, the most popular Swiss man of all time was once again roped in. Mads Mikkelsen was supposed to help him this time. But then things took a different turn.
Suva is launching a new campaign for professional reintegration that shows how the social environment can easily help accident victims: The main thing is to be there for them.
Migros now has something very special: Migros. In the form of a total of 5 limited edition PLAYMOBIL sets to collect and play with. We are supporting the collection promotion with an integrated campaign that is just as playful as the figurines themselves.
