The Wirz Group wins Allianz as a new client. The first results of this collaboration will be seen in fall 2024.
With a premium volume of around CHF 3.8 billion, Allianz is one of the most important Swiss financial services providers. With its insurance and pension solutions, it supports more than one million private individuals and over 100,000 companies in Switzerland.
"Allianz is an important player on the market and is one of the best-known insurance brands internationally, but our brand is little recognized by the Swiss public," explains Patrik Kesseli, Head of Brand, Media & Advertising. To change this, Allianz is relying on the creative thrust of WIRZ. "Our aim is to position our brand in a more approachable and likeable way," Patrik Kesseli continues. The new brand identity is intended to localize the global strengths in order to give the brand a new profile in Switzerland.
"Based on our global brand promise Confidence in tomorrow, WIRZ presented us with a communication concept that convinced us across the board. We are very much looking forward to working together," adds Claudia Staub, Head of Marketing Communication & Human-Centered Design. As Creative Business Partner, WIRZ will not only be responsible for the creative reorientation of the brand, but will also support Allianz in exploiting further opportunities in the area of customer-centricity.
Allianz is confident that it has found the right partner for this, as Claudia Staub emphasizes: "We are convinced that our partnership with WIRZ will help us to fundamentally change the perception of our brand in Switzerland and achieve sustainable growth with a view to the new strategic direction of Marketing Communication. WIRZ has proven that they can not only deliver creative ideas, but also think and act strategically. We are starting this promising partnership with full energy."
The first joint brand campaign will be seen throughout Switzerland this fall.
