WIRZ, the largest owner-managed marketing and communications agency in Switzerland, is promoting five employees to senior partners and entrusting them with additional management tasks. This completes the agency's internal restructuring process.
If you stood at Uetlibergstrasse 132 a year and a half ago, you would find three doorbells from three different agencies: "WIRZ Communications", "WIRZ Activation" and "Wirz Brand Relations". In addition, there was another company without its own doorbell: "WIRZ Services". Because this was becoming increasingly confusing, it was decided to merge these 4 companies and bring them together in a single company: the WIRZ Group.
The merger is above all a reaction to the customer's need for unrestricted cooperation across all communication disciplines. In the newly created WIRZ Group, silos are broken down and customers are optimally supported by the best minds at all times on their customer journey - consulting, creativity, conversion - thanks to a sophisticated casting system.
This newly created powerhouse for brands, communication and digital transformation required a new management structure, which was quickly found: The new senior partners Alex Herrmann, Caspar Heuss, Lorenz Clormann, Nico Keramaris and Simone Jehle complement the agency's management as force management around the two co-CEOs Petra Dreyfus and Livio Dainese, as well as Michaela Burger and János Heé.
Alex Herrmann, sneakerhead and Tuscany lover, heads the Branding team as Senior Partner and Managing Director together with Michaela Burger. The brand strategist has previously worked for agencies such as Publicis, Meta Design as well as for the consulting firm Sasserath Hermann Baumann Plus.
Caspar Heuss and Lorenz Clormann, both Executive Creative Directors, are now Senior Partners in charge of creation in the Campaigning team. Clormann, concrete influencer and former club owner, has been with WIRZ for around three years after stints at RufLanz, Publicis and Jung von Matt Limmat. Heuss, who studied law and is from Heimwehbasel, got his start in advertising at WIRZ many years ago as a trainee copywriter. In between, he spent almost 10 years in Berlin, among others at Scholz & Friends and Y&R, and has been back at WIRZ since his return to Switzerland.
Nico Keramaris, foodie and probably the only Zurich SCB fan, is a senior partner in the Marketing & Innovation team and heads the Marketing Campaigning and Social Media departments. He has been with WIRZ for more than three years and acts as a driver and developer in the digital marketing environment. Keramaris brings many years of experience on the agency side in the implementation of various transformation projects in the field of digital marketing as well as social media advertising.
Simone Jehle, wine lover and roller coaster fan, will lead the Client Services division in the Campaigning team as Senior Partner and Managing Director. She brings with her many years of experience on the agency side and was at Advico Young & Rubicam and Jung von Matt, among others. She has been with WIRZ for a good seven years.
