Wirz again appoints three employees as partners of the Group as of April 2022.
The largest independent and owner-managed agency group in Switzerland expands its circle of partners to 34. By bringing in Fabiana Imhof, Vanessa Lehmann-Spalleck and Nico Keramaris, Wirz once again demonstrates its independence.
After eight years and passing through various levels of consulting from assistant to senior, Fabiana took on the newly created position of Casting Manager in 2020. With almost a decade of experience at Wirz, she coordinates creation, casts all employees for upcoming projects based on matching skills and recruits new talent. She also helps to shape the organisation of Wirz as a fully integrated agency and is responsible for various projects, activities and events for the employees.
As Digital Consulting Director, Nico has been responsible for digital campaigning and media strategy planning of campaigns for all clients since March 2020. His current clients include Switzerland Tourism and the graubünden brand. In addition, he has been responsible for business development in the management team of the strategic partnership with Webrepublic – BoB Best of Both – since 2021, as well as for marketing campaign performance in the newly created Wirz force Marketing & Innovation. Before joining Wirz, he worked for Jung von Matt, AdSpot, Mediabox and Tamedia.
Vanessa rejoined Wirz as Group Account Director in January 2020. Initially, she managed various clients, such as Swisscom and Johnson & Johnson. In April 2020, she then also became co-lead for the overall Migros account with a focus on brand management. That is the same position she filled at Wirz 10 years ago. Before and between being with Wirz, she worked for agencies such as ROD Kommunikation, JWT, Young & Rubicam and Wieden & Kennedy Portland.

Under the motto "The power of the new - why it's always worth tackling something new", Wirz invited guests to the 50th edition of its cocktail this year. Around 300 guests from companies, associations and the media came to the "Aura" in Zurich. The panelists, who have consistently tackled new things in life, spoke about their lives with curves and edges - and inspired some on the spot to make room for the new in a spontaneous yet lasting way.
