With Karin Lang, an absolute top appointment takes charge of Client Services at the Wirz Group.
Between 2019 and 2022, Karin Lang led Geberit’s international B2C bathroom campaign as an independent communications consultant. Previously, she was the managing director and a member of the executive board of Publicis, where she was in charge of the consulting department for the entire group. Today she is back where she started her career – in the agency world. And after 13 years, she is back at WIRZ.
Karin places great value on integrated working, and has many years of interdisciplinary communications and leadership experience on both the client and agency side. As a Cannes Lions jury member, she appreciates the importance of creative problem-solving. With her interdisciplinary approach, she will drive forward unrestricted collaboration both within WIRZ and with clients.
Alignment as creative consultancy
In line with WIRZ’s new focus on business and not just communication problems, WIRZ’s Client Services are being adapted even more closely to the needs of its clients. In her new role as Executive Business Director, Simone Jehle will drive forward this new alignment across all WIRZ forces and help Karin Lang manage the overall consulting.
This will ensure not only more unrestricted cooperation internally within WIRZ, but also with clients. Karin’s appointment, together with the support provided by Simone, represents another important step towards achieving this mission.
Next year, the European Women's Football Championship will take place in Switzerland. WIRZ is to ensure sold-out stadiums.
