The Wirz Group continues to expand its strategic expertise: With Alex Herrmann and Ruben Wegmann, two proven experts in brand strategy and digital consulting join the Wirz Group.
Alex Herrmann has been working as a brand strategist abroad and in Switzerland for almost 20 years. He worked for a long time at agencies such as Publicis or MetaDesign and built up the consulting firm Sasserath Hermann Baumann Plus, which specialises in brand and transformation, with partners. Together with Michaela Burger, he will lead the Wirz Group's Branding Force from the beginning of 2023.
Ruben Wegmann joins the "Marketing & Innovation Force" and supports János Heé in expanding the digital and business consultancy. The former McKinsey man worked as Strategy Director at the digital agency Dept and as Head Business Development & Marketing at the car-sharing platform sharoo. Ruben brings over 15 years of experience in international digital and marketing projects.
Chief Strategy Officer Kathrin Jesse is leaving the Wirz Group at the end of the year. She will take over as CEO at BBDO Germany and will remain closely connected to the Wirz Group as a shareholder and in her heart. The strategy team of the "Campaigning Force" will in future be overseen by Strategy Directors Marleen Diener and Julia Ewers.

WIRZ, the largest owner-managed marketing and communications agency in Switzerland, is promoting five employees to senior partners and entrusting them with additional management tasks. This completes the agency's internal restructuring process.
