About Luca Fayd’herbe de Maudave
Luca Fayd'herbe de Maudave started his career as a junior asset manager after completing his bachelor's degree in business administration at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), while at the same time pursuing his passion for extreme sports. He has been rowing since his youth and is now facing his greatest challenge: to complete the “World's Toughest Row” with his team in a new record time.
In his presentation, Luca will talk about how he prepares for this extreme challenge - physically and mentally. He will show us how to develop courage and use this energy to overcome personal limits.
Even in everyday business life, many things need to be overcome. In times of change and transformation, companies face similar challenges: Courage to take risks and the willingness to overcome fears in order to move forward. Lucas' experiences can help inspire us all to actively shape change and break new ground.
