Livio Dainese started as Executive Creative Director at WIRZ in January 2014. Since 1 January 2016, he has also been responsible for the agency's further development as Co-CEO. He shares his knowledge as a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland, the Zurich School of Business and the AdSchool Switzerland, for which he is also active as a school board member.

Since the 1st April 2017, Petra has been leading the agency as Co-CEO together with Livio Dainese. Before that, she worked for over 10 years in various agencies and even earlier on the client side. As a business economist and communications manager, she is an examination expert for various federal communication examinations and sits on the advisory board of the Zurich University of Applied Sciences.
